Promotion Period

The No Deposit and 5 Year Rental Guarantee Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 October 2024 until 31 October 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

Application
If you are purchasing a property from Wolfbrook Property Group Limited (Wolfbrook) at any of our developments, you may also be eligible for this Promotion, provided you meet all other eligibility criteria.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:

• Enter into an Agreement to purchase a Wolfbrook Residential home during the Promotion Period;
• Sign the Collateral Contract for the No Deposit and 5 Year Rental Guarantee; and Confirm satisfaction of all of the Purchaser conditions in the Agreement that are for the Purchaser’s sole benefit; and either make payment of the 10% deposit payable under the agreement; OR complete settlement of the purchase under the Agreement (where the deposit is 0% or less than 10% of the purchase price).
   

Rental Guarantee

If you would like to take up the Rental Guarantee, please let your Sales Consultant know prior to confirmation of your conditions. The Rental Guarantee will be available to you on the basis that you sign the following documents at least 4-weeks prior to the settlement date:

• the Management Agreement providing that Wolfbrook will be appointed as your property manager for the Property for a term of five years; and
• the Deed of Rental Guarantee setting out the five-year rental guarantee amount.

The Rental Guarantee means that Wolfbrook guarantees that you will receive:

(a)  a guaranteed rental amount for a period of five years from the settlement date of your property (T’s and C’s apply).

Additional Information

The Promotion is applicable only to new Agreements entered into within the Promotion Period.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
Wolfbrook reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at its sole discretion
