Our Story
Wolfbrook was founded by Steve Brooks and James Cooney, two long-time property investors who live and breathe real estate. After meeting in 2013, they began collaborating on property opportunities and quickly grew one of New Zealand’s largest privately-owned residential portfolios.
Driven by their belief that more Kiwis should have access to smart, long-term property investment, they launched Wolfbrook to open the door for others to join them on the journey.
